Jacqueline Ayoub RDN, LD, CLT

Hello there! My name is Jacque (Jackie).

I am chef, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, & Licensed Dietitian located in Texas.

I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin’s Nutrition & Dietetics program, & currently practice both nutrition & culinary arts in the area.

Think of me as your personal wellness expert, cheerleader, & accountability partner.

Growing up in Houston, Texas, I was always surrounded by a rich, diverse culture of food. Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean….you name it! I loved learning from friends’ grandmothers about spices & unique, fresh, ingredients. This inspired me to further develop my studies in different cuisines of the world, often via traveling.

In many cultures, “food is love”—

Food brings us together, & can be a source of fun & tradition.

Food helps to nourish, heal, & regulate.

When you put food into your body, not only are you satisfying your physical hunger, but you are providing miraculous nutrients to fuel your entire body. Over time, our relationship with food, both chemically and emotionally, can change.

As part of today’s American, we run at a million miles a minute. We are often “too busy” to take care of ourselves despite increased stress, poor sleep, & poor diet. As you may know, this can lead to severe health consequences. We are often quick to revert to medication with side effects that temporarily “addresses” the issue. Don’t get me wrong, Western Medicine can be very useful for certain diagnosis. But sometimes it can cover up the root cause— many of which are diet related.
I have witnessed the toll of the typical American lifestyle first hand with close friends & family members, & have dedicated my studies & practice to help them, & others like them.
